When I stop to think about it, I've always been a spirited woman. I've moved forward through life with verve to do whatever I set my mind to do; being raised in the reflection of a spirited woman, my mother, allowed me to believe in myself. I now inspire women to “Keep Spirits Alive One Story at a Time.” Please visit me at http://www.telltalesouls.com, and Submit Your Story for the opportunity to have it published.

For the First-Timer Files (aka The Virgin Voice)~ As a Spirited Woman, I love to try new things and experiment with new experiences. If you want new results, then try something new!

Well, I just tried hypnotherapy for the first time and I have to say that I'm not sure what I was waiting for... After all, this was both relaxing and energizing at the same time. All in all, a powerful experience with lasting results. Who'da thunk it?! I went to Barbara Schiffman of HypnoSynergy and she was both affordable and effective. Amazing!

Here's to all of us Spirited Women! Many bests, Camille

I am a spirited woman because I believe wholeheartedly in collective feminine energy. I just returned from the Writers' Spa 2008 in Taos, NM,and let me tell you it was powerful. 30 women and two instructors (Suzanne Falter-Barnes and Jennifer Louden, both authors themselves, were our glorious leaders—with a special appearance by "Dr. Serenity Hawkfire," the apochryphal but very funny New Age guru). I feel more "spirited" than ever after that, and am writing like crazy again.

I have a quote taped just above my computer screen which says, "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" I've just self-published a book called, "More Moxie than Money" about 3 women, all of whom are spirited. My husband is 2 years younger and says "I don't know where you get your energy". I'm new to this site and look forward to learning more.

Why am I a spirited woman? I have asked myself that several times this past week. I am spirited because I am passionate about everything I do be it wife, mother, designer, friend, neighbor etc. I never do anything halfway, which can lead to problems occasionally but those problems just motivate me more. My dearly departed Dad told me once "It is okay to be pretty (which I am not) but, more importantly be smart, be nice, be kind," I have passed those same words onto my own very beautiful daughter and I live by those words each and every day. Thanks, Daddy.

I am a Spirited Woman because I live each day to the fullest. I do my best with what I have and I don't waste time making excuses for the things I can't change.

My favorite quote is: “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass... It's about learning to dance in the rain.” I've done a lot of dancing in the rain!!!

Spiritied woman - why would I be considered one? Energy, passion, zeal, joy, enthusiasm. I love my career of helping people through Hand Analysis, providing a safe place to learn a language to express who they are with others. I wake up wondering which one of my many projects I can work on today. Life is good.

I am a spirited woman...which is what the world needs more of. I see potential in everyone to be who they were intended to be. I live each day with the question on my mind of what can I learn today. I hope everyone has the good fortune to find themselves before their life has slipped away. Don't be a bystander in your own life. Live Live Live.

I know that I must be a spirited woman because I get my inspiration from other spirited women. Most notably today from Helen Thomas in her spirited exchange with Dana Perino during the White House press briefing.

I am also inspired by Linda Deutsch and had the pleasure of sharing a courtroom with her. She was reporting for the AP wire, and I was blogging. I enjoyed reading the interview from 2003 with her on this site. Thank you.
