Sharon Rich, founder of Soul Incorporated, is a coach on a mission and the ultimate believer in new possibilities.

She's quite a testament to her beliefs.

A little over three years ago, Sharon was a group creative director in an advertising agency, working 60-80 hours a week, up at four daily to work out and work on her novel, grocery shopping at lunch, calling in bedtime stories. Going back to work in her home office. Resentful. Frustrated. Stressed. She wanted more out of her life.

As Sharon says, "I hated my job. My body. My self."

Deeply conflicted over many things, she went to see a coach, and once they started talking, recognized something in the coaching that she'd been dancing around, looking for her whole life. The next day she quit her job and declared freedom from her 20-year-plus career.

Sharon began to pursue her vision of being a greater contribution to the world. She immersed herself in the study of coaching, and is now a Coach U-trained, ICF-accredited, personal and business coach. She is passionate about what she does.

She says, "I help my clients see what they haven't been able to see and do what they have been unable to do. I do this by asking powerful questions that help people shift their paradigms so they can see new possibilities for their work and lives. My clients discover strengths they didn't know they had and meaning they hadn't imagined possible."

Her goal for Soul Incorporated is both big and small. Sharon's ultimate desire is to bring some sanity to the world one person at a time, one business at a time.
