EDITOR'S MESSAGE
Welcome to the world of SPIRITED WOMANHOOD.
Summer is here (well, almost) and spirited women everywhere are getting ready to bring out the portable barbecue and bang their drum (sticks). It’s a great time of year to relax and treat yourself to some FUN.
For the first time ever, I’m hosting a summer celebration SPIRITED WOMAN Workshop at my cottage in Santa Barbara. The workshop will include a gourmet lunch, and we’ll eat overlooking the ocean and do the workshop underneath the trees. I’m really excited about this event. For the juicy details, read the calendar section below.
And speaking of food, there's a special interview this month with personal wellness chef, Gail Kennedy. Gail is truly a multi-talented healer, who has led an unbelievable life. She’s jetted all over the world to feed and care for the rich and famous. You must read her writing – her life reads like a Danielle Steel novel, but with a healthy twist.
