EVENT DESCRIPTION
A combination 3-hr. Spirited Woman Workshop, fabulous gourmet lunch, and special wine tasting with famous Santa Barbara winemaker Lane Tanner - this one-time event is designed to be a unique mixture of empowerment and spirits. And very bubbly to boot. Workshop led by Nancy Mills, creator of the Spirited Woman Approach to Life.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
A creatively
playful, self-expressive "WOW" experience, the 3-hour workshop is filled with
innovative exercises, self-expression, inspiration and fun. It
emphasizes your ALIVENESS and reinforces YOU ARE ENOUGH AS YOU ARE.
Everyone from artists to entrepreneurs are joining in the self-growth
fun. Led by Nancy Mills, the creator of the Spirited Woman Approach to
Life, the workshop is a safe haven to wildly express your "Dancin',
Shakin', Rockin'," self, your "Don't Mess With Me Warrior Queen,"
persona, and more. Let's hear it for transition. Movement...and
unstuckness.
ABOUT NANCY
Well-known across the country as the Creator
of the Spirited Woman Approach to Life, Nancy is also a writer and a
workshop leader. She's taught the popular Spirited Woman Workshop in
over 18 cities nationwide. Prior to teaching the workshop, Nancy
published the "Travelin' Woman," newsletter and led empowerment
seminars for over 3,000 women. Nancy has been interviewed by such
publications as USA TODAY, is a frequent radio guest, and has appeared

ABOUT LANE
In 1984, Lane started her own company with one client, the Hitching Post restaurant - a locally famous Santa Barbara County steak house. In 1989 she started the Lane Tanner label. She is best known for her Pinot Noir wine. She makes a few cases of Syrah each year. She says, "to sum it up, I am making a product for people who are searching for the more subtle, elegant nuances of the Pinot Noir (and Syrah) grape. Her production level is about 1800 cases a year. GOURMET LUNCH & WINE TASTING
Lunch will be served from 12-1 pm. Spirited Woman Workshop from 1-4 pm, which Lane will attend as a participant. The wine tasting will be poured from 4-5 pm. Lane will serve her wines, and tell us some of their delicious history.
LOCALE
Held on a Private Santa Barbara Estate we invite you to join us. You'll have a blast. Space is limited to 12 fantabulous women.
Cost: $125. No mother/daughter rates for this event (sorry!).
