Ramona Remesat is a Spiritual Life Coach and Angel Therapy Practitioner®. I invited Ramona to write a guest blogger series on the energetic body versus the physical body. Hmm. Interesting. It is definitely up to us to be more mindful and protective of our energy. This is Ramona's first post in her three-part series.
Let’s face it, we live in chaotic times. The news is full of stories about struggles and strife - from earthquakes in Nepal to California. These types of events send out tidal waves of energy that can leave heart-centered spirited women reeling. We can’t see energy, so we often don’t think about how it impacts us. But it’s hitting us all day, every day, and lately it’s been hitting many of us HARD. Not only are we impacted from energy related to global situations, but it also comes from our electronics, emotions, surroundings, and other people. I’m not sure about you, but in the last few weeks I’ve felt like I’ve been on an energetic roller coaster.
It’s during these turbulent times that we reach out, more and more, to our angels and spirit team for guidance and reassurance. Ironically though, when there is so much going on (energetically), people often have difficulty tuning into the messages they seek.
Spiritual seekers that we are - we are always looking to grow, evolve, and take what we learn and teach others. Over the next few weeks. I’d like to share with you some tools that have really helped me manage my energy. Not only will you feel great when you put these tools to use, but you’ll notice that your intuitive channel becomes much clearer.
One of my “go-to” tools in turbulent times is music. Perhaps that’s not what you expected to hear from a Spiritual Life Coach but let me explain. Music serves to shield us from harsh energy AND it also helps to clear it away. The cool part about using music to help us manage our energy is that it’s almost instinctual. Think about when you've had a rough day. Don’t you find that listening to your favourite song or upbeat music makes you feel better? And look at the teenagers around you. I don’t think it’s any coincidence that music plays a huge part of teen life. During those drama-riddled, turbulent years, music is almost as important to them as oxygen. In fact, my own 14-year old daughter has declared, “Music is my life!”
So if you are feeling the effects of the energy around you (you are tired all the time or sad or mad for no reason), use music to help. If you are not sure of what type of music to use, go with whatever comes to you intuitively.
The next time you feel like you are riding that wave of roller coaster energy there’s no need to scream, “Stop this ride, I wanna get off.” Instead, just breathe, and reach into that sparkly spiritual tool box of yours, pull out your favorite CD, and rock on spirited sisters!
