On Thanksgiving my mom surprised me with tickets to Wonderland: Alice's New Musical Adventure. I was very excited to go see it and still am. Then I discovered a problem. I have a HUGE science test the next day. I wasn't sure what to do at first and spent some time thinking of ideas. I had nothing Monday until I went to science class. The teacher had written everything we needed to know in her homework blog. I copied what I needed to know down and printed it out. It was the birth of Alice's super duper study guide.
I wrote the answers to all the things I needed to know and went to bed. Tuesday I copied an important problem from the book and another worksheet. My study guide was super duper!!! I was so proud that I had made it all by myself and discovered that I already knew most of the information from writing it down. I took advantage of all of the study groups my teacher offered and hopefully will get an A or a high B on the test. The thing that made me the happiest was that a lot of people wanted their own copy of my study guide. I had to turn them down because I wanted them to learn and not copy my information but I did help them make their own study packet - they just need to write the information down.
I was glad I could put my creativity to use in my studying today. Finding ways to improve your work is part of being a Spirited Woman because it allows you to challenge your creative side.

This can be applied to anything you need to remember or learn - not just study guides. Writing things down helps you remember!
