“OKAY!” I told myself “I’ll check my grade online!!!!”
I went to my computer to check my grade and nearly fainted.
At the beginning of the trimester I had a B in this class. But, I REALLY wanted straight A’s. We had an assignment that was the last grade and I REALLY worked hard on it. I had an 87% so I didn’t think I could get it high enough.
But, when I saw my grade I ran into the living room, stood right in the middle and said, "Look at me mommy. Guess what??? You’re looking at a straight A student."
Looking back on my grade I saw that the thing that helped me the most in the end was my participation, behavior, and homework. In this class I don’t feel like I am noticed at all, but I learned somebody always is watching.
I wrote this post not to brag about my A, but to show that even though things don’t always go as planned the road can still end the same place if you work hard and with a smile.
P.S. My photo is of a success button. Chosen because we all wish it was that easy, but as spirited women know - it’s our determination that makes us successful!

Someone is always watching - YOU are. And when you go to bed each night proud of the choices you've made, that's what matters. You have been working hard in this class, and you have studied a lot and put extra time into the assignments. I wish I could send this post to your teacher - but I won't go there. You know it is working for you in your way! Great job Cookiehead. You deserve it!
