We all know what peanut butter is. If you are not allergic to it and like it - you probably buy it. In most peanut butter is hydrogenated oil. This oil is used to make things like peanut butter and pudding thicker and is BAD BAD BAD! The reason it is so bad is because your body can’t digest this oil. It just sits there. Your peanut butters ingredients should be peanuts and salt. That's it!
This is so your body can have the good things in the peanut butter without the unnecessary bad things. In some cases healthy food has a bad connotation. Healthy food can be just as good as regular food. If you have a favorite brand of peanut butter look to see if they have a natural version that still tastes the same. I know Skippy has a very nice natural peanut butter without this oil. I have found that small changes in the foods we eat really help make a difference in the day and our behavior.

I also eat all natural peanut butter. I also make sure my peanut butter doesn't have added sugar. Sometimes I just get the fresh ground peanuts from the health food store. It's even better if it says Organic, because than you know the peanuts were not sprayed with chemicals.
Almond butter is supposed to be even better for you, but it's very expensive.
