My school's Cross Country team has started up again! This year I feel stronger than ever. Over the summer I have trained hard and long. I have been scared for a long time about the day I'd start cross country. The day came, and I was in great shape. I love the fact that I can do a sport and be part of a team.
School starts today and I am very excited. We had locker decorating day Monday, so I got to see my friends and teachers. I can't wait for another great year. The one thing I can think to say about this year is "thank you". Thank you to my friends, family, teachers, readers, fellow bloggers, Nancy, doctors, coaches, and to my school. Without you, I wouldn't be me.
On Wednesday I head out to 7th grade. Off and running to new friends, new students, new teachers, a whole new building (really, it was built last year), and new adventures just waiting for me. Thank you to everyone who has shaped my future. I am blessed to have you all.
Alice
