When my darling lawyer (soul-mate) husband died in my arms ten years ago, and left me in $180,000 of debt, with no insurance, no retirement – absolutely nothing - I was devastated and panicked, to say the least. I was 54, and totally nuts! But now, I can say without reservation, that my own “learning opportunity” is what pushed me (like off a steep cliff!) into my own life’s purpose, which is healing and helping people find their own purpose and get happy!
Now, I’m now healthy, happy (and having the best sex of my life!), because I refused to be a victim and instead, owned my power, and became victorious. And that’s what I help my clients do, and I can help you too!
I teach people how to plug into their power by using many techniques. Because my background is from UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Institute, I begin the newest brain research, which proves that it easy to CHANGE YOUR BRAIN! For instance, your brain has a “set point.” And now it might be set to “disappointed;” I call that “Poopy Brain.” With training, (using cognitive behavior modification) you will learn how to “delete self-destructive thinking.” You can learn how to flip a switch that pops you into “enthusiastic thinking,” or what I call “Puppy Brain!” Just think about how a puppy perceives its universe, okay? Wouldn’t that be fun if you could do that, too?
Then I help people access the deepest part of their subconscious mind, using a Jungian technique. I help people access the “Inner Freighted Three Year Old,” or “Angry Inner Thirteen-Year-Old,” calm them down and get them comforted. (Without using drugs, chocolate or alcohol!)
After that, I do a Past Life Regression, where clients finally can connect to their own core self. The Eternal Self. I trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, the world famous psychiatrist, and in that session, clients see their own birth, how they were “welcomed into the world,” they see “why they incarnated, why they chose the parents, sisters, husbands they did. They see a past life, what happened, and they see their own death! That’s the game changer!
So begin to see your own life for what it is – a grand “learning tour opportunity!” A way of discovering who you are and what you came in to achieve!
